Scripts, Tools, and Workflows for Apple Device Management

⭐ View the GitHub Repository →

The Jamf Tool Kit is a curated collection of scripts, extension attributes, and workflow tools I’ve developed to support Apple device management using Jamf Pro. Built from real-world experience as an Apple Platform Engineer, this toolkit is designed to make admin life easier through automation, security-focused configuration, and practical scripting.

What You'll Find

  • Jamf LAPS
Scripts and support tools for local administrator password rotation and secure storage.

  • Mac Scripts
Tested and reusable scripts for managing macOS devices across deployment, configuration, and user support.

  • Server Cleanup
Utilities to automate the cleanup of unused policies, packages, and device records in Jamf.

  • Extension Attributes
Ready-to-implement EAs for gathering device info, monitoring compliance, and enabling smart group automation.

  • Jamf Admin Tools
A growing collection of helpful scripts for daily Jamf Pro tasks and workflows.

How to Use This Toolkit

  • Browse folders in the GitHub repo to explore available scripts and documentation.
  • Many tools are ready to be deployed via Jamf Pro as policies or Self Service items.
  • Several scripts are flexible enough to be used outside of Jamf in standalone workflows.

Why I Built This

Managing Apple devices at scale requires repeatable, secure, and transparent processes. I created this toolkit to:

  • Share real solutions to challenges I’ve faced in enterprise Apple environments.
  • Encourage better security and automation practices across teams.
  • Help admins save time, reduce friction, and avoid reinventing the wheel.

This is an evolving project—my goal is to continue expanding the toolkit with new tools, scripts, and possibly full-fledged apps aimed at simplifying secure Apple device management.
